Cooking Right Along

This week I made Cinnamon Walnut Butter Cookies (with dark chocolate):







Terribly rich, terribly good!




I now have an order for six dozen cookies for someone's church gig this coming weekend. Three dozen chocolate chip, three dozen sugar cookies with colored sprinkles.

Meanwhile, I have a temporary, part-time gig at a local commercial bakery. Not baking, but in the office doing some organizing.

I'm also working on a project with another bakery, which I'll reveal when completed.

And during all this time, I'm thinking what I can do with all this Noro:








I have ideas, I'm just not sure how they'll work out.
