I Loved The Cranky Bastard So Very Much
Due to a rupture in Solomon's lung and the procedure too difficult to perform to try to correct it, I made the humane decision to end Solomon's suffering and had him euthanized this evening (12/20/07)at 11:14 pm
We're not sure why his lung had leaked like it did - it's usually only found in car accident victims. It was obviously he hadn't been in an accident.
Solomon hadn't been doing so well for the past few days, and tonight when I arrived home, he was much worse off. So, then it was the trip to the emergency vet clinic tonight, and the too sad ending.
I may be gone for a while, guys.
I miss the cranky old bastard so much at the moment.
